Actively expanding toward a target scale of 2,000 Ropani (approx. 101.7 Hectares).
Plantation Structure
Currently cultivating 18,400 premium Arabica plants (including Red Bourbon and Abyssinia AB3), supported and protected by an integrated canopy of 1,500 shade and fruit trees.
Microclimate & Weather
Characterized by a monsoon-influenced humid subtropical climate. Average temperatures range from winter lows of 6°C to summer highs of 26°C. The estate benefits from distinct wet and dry seasons, with heavy summer precipitation peaking in July, creating the ideal slow-maturation environment for specialty Arabica.
